What’s Happening in Pre-K?
We are off to a great start in Pre-K! We are still working on writing our names but have worked really hard at being able to recognize our own. That's a big deal!
We have had units on families, colors, shapes, and we just ended our unit on emotions. Our next units will be about apples, farms, and fall.
Stay tuned for more pictures of how we make learning SO MUCH FUN!
Meet the Teacher
Mrs. Sali Simmons
I live in Centreville, Alabama with my husband, Heath and our three daughters- Luci, Loralei, and Lynli Reese. We attend church West Blocton Church of God. I love to spend time with my family! We enjoy playing games, going to the movies, and to the beach. I love shopping, and reading (when I can) but my favorite hobby is watching television. I am a HUGE fan of Friends, The Office, and Harry Potter!
I was an Auxiliary Pre-K Teacher for nine years, and in 2011 I enrolled at the University of West Alabama. In 2016 I graduated with a BS in Early Childhood Development. I could not have completed my degree without the help of my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the RES family. I love teaching! Everyday is definitely an adventure!
